Where is the process improvement work conducted?
The Day of Quality is conducted at your site. So, you should be prepared to provide a conference room for your team and the GRQC quality professionals. Standard tools such as flip charts, markers and tape are needed. Information including the frequency of the process, associated expenses, time commitment and any other process details that could be relevant.
Who should participate from our organization?
You and those staff members who are directly involved with the selected process should plan to spend the whole day with the GRQC professionals.
How many quality professionals should be planned for?
GRQC will assign Black and Green Belts who will work together with your organization all day. Generally, there are 2-3 people assigned. Their names, contact information and brief biographies will be provided when GRQC communicates the details, after your application is reviewed.
Is the RIT training class mandatory?
Not at all. It is offered to help you and your team better prepare for the event. You may bring as many people as you want, so long as everyone you bring is registered for the class—so that space and materials are available. However, it is completely optional.
