To contribute their portion of the FY16 financial goals, our Electronic Network Services department set an aggressive goal to reduce time spent on redundant and inefficient tasks by 100’s of hours per week and end the year at significantly improved staffing ratios.

Come and hear from the leaders who drove this initiative and the team that supported it how they achieved unprecedented success in driving innovation in to the business model and waste out of their processes!

Director Mike Deats reached out to the Business Process Improvement team to aid in this effort and help his people become educated on the value of problem solving and process improvement. The question: “How do we make the work more rewarding and remove the tedious work, while hitting our goals?” The answer, the ‘Innovation Nation’ initiative!
