About the Event

Every group has a beginning. And those early moments—how people show up, how the tone is set, how goals and relationships unfold—can make or break the group’s ability to perform.

Whether you're launching a new initiative or stepping into an existing team, the first few interactions matter. What you say, how you listen, and the way you navigate uncertainty all contribute to the group’s effectiveness.

This interactive session explores how groups form and function—and how you can influence that process for the better. We’ll blend theory and practice to help you reduce friction and cultivate cohesion in service of generating high-quality results.

You’ll walk away with:

●      A fresh lens on the visible and invisible group dynamics that drive success or derail progress

●      Simple practices to elevate your team’s cohesion, clarity, and performance

●      A clearer understanding of how your presence—your mindset, behaviors, and choices—shapes the group

Because here’s the truth: group work doesn’t have to be painful. With the right awareness and intention, it can be one of the most fulfilling parts of your work.

If you’re part of a group, you have influence. And with that influence comes the opportunity—and responsibility—to support the group’s wellbeing and results. Join us to strengthen your impact and leave with practical insights you can apply immediately.
