About the Event
In GRQC's program evaluation surveys, we've received many requests for a program on managing personal and workplace stress. Rapid change and disruption are more and more the order of the day. As Jo Saxton, a nationally known speaker, author, and leadership coach said in opening her February 6 podcast, “Well, January was a long year, wasn’t it?”
This program will provide guidance on some of the evidence-based strategies for reducing stress and increasing well-being. The ideas and tips shared will come from tools that are being used at the largest health systems in our community. Come and learn how the research studies drive effective stress reduction and improvements in well-being.
