Who are these crusaders for truth, justice, and process excellence?

Jason Becker is a Project Manager in the Technology Training Group at L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY.  Before joining L3Harris in 2016, Jason worked with several leading area companies including Corning, Gleason Works and Constellation Energy.  He also served in the US Navy from 1995 to 2004. Jason has a BS in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University and an MBA from RIT.    He received his LSS Black Belt certification in 2021 and his Lean Expert certification in 2022. 

Lucas Dodge is a Process Engineer with ESL Federal Credit Union. Before joining ESL, Lucas worked with L3Harris for 11 years in various functions, and served in the United States Marine Corps. He earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business Administration from Empire State University. Lucas is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Project Management Professional

In recent years, Jason and Lucas have served as team facilitators with GRQC's Day of Quality program, leading teams of volunteers who have worked with local non-profits to help them improve critical work processes. GRQC is gearing up for the 2025 Day of Quality and will soon be soliciting super volunteers like Jason and Lucas, as well as local non-profit organizations who would like to take advantage of the opportunity to bolster their own superpowers and learn how to do more with less.
