About the Event

The George K. Hansen Exemplar Award is the highest award given as part of GRQC’s annual Performance Excellence Awards.  It is given only when an organization dramatically exceeds even the stringent criteria for a Gold Award, which makes it a rare event.  Based on the Malcolm Baldrige Excellence Framework, the award criteria include leadership, strategy, customer, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, workforce, operations and results.

In 2022, ESL Federal Credit Union received the Hansen award for Organizational Excellence.  Ken Wezelis, Manager of Process Design and Leadership at ESL, will walk through the elements of the award and share the best practices that enabled ESL to achieve this rare and notable level of organizational excellence.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how this local company was able to achieve this truly outstanding level of performance excellence.  You will hear ideas that you can surely apply to take your own organization’s performance to new heights.  Register today!
